Product Care & Sizing

All foufou rings are adjustable. You can easily mix and match with your own foufou look.

Keep your jewellery away from perspiration, water, perfume and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.
Be sure to remove your jewellery before sleeping, showering/bathing, swimming or engaging in any other activity that is subject to friction or contact with moisture.
Store your jewellery in your original foufou pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong life. If you need to clean your jewellery, only use non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.

Yes, if you’d like to purchase an item that’s currently out of stock, please contact us. We will send you an email notification as soon as the product is available for purchase.
If the product you’re looking for is no longer on the site, it means we do not have plans to restock it. So sorry!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google pay. For credit cards, please note the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank, otherwise, our system might think it's a fraud.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 days for US national standard shipping. The delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). The estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, there are some destinations that we are not able to ship to. Please see the shipping availability at check out. Currently we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $39.
CUSTOMS DUTIES: Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Foufou cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
Returns & Exchanges

14 Days of arrival date. Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of arrival date.
Original Packaging Required. Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please expect up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account. Like always, we stand on the side of overcommunicating when it comes to the important things so we will send you and email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 28 days please contact us.
