CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.

If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

 

CAN I DELIVERY TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses.

This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Foufou order and that all our orders require a signature for delivery.

 

TRACKING QUERIES?

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched and this is on your despatch email.

Please check your email for a notice with your tracking number once your order is completed.
